1. Tell us about your role at Cloud Assess:

Customer Support Expert

I have a very versatile role at Cloud Assess with a focus on Customer Support. I am one of the first points of contact in the live chat or through phone support. My main goal is it to deliver the fastest response times while delivering a quick solution for each individual inquiry. Furthermore my role consist of digitising content for clients and making sure the team have a helping hand whenever they need.

2. What inspires you about the Vocational Education and Training sector?

I really love how the vocational education training sector helps people to put their feet into the workforce and push for better education. VET also helps employees stay up to date with the current requirements of the job market. It is also great that there is such a big practical approach to training. You learn your theory and then put it into practice.

3. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? 

As a big car enthusiast myself, I spend most my time working on my 1990 Eunos Roadster. I’d love to work on cars and would like to one day perhaps do a course in Car Mechanics.

4. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

This would definitely be Japan. I’d love to go there because of all the beautiful cars, amazing scenery and culture. If I think about all the food, my mouth starts watering…

5. What’s your favourite activity?

Outside of working on cars I like to play video games and going out with my friends.

6. What is your personal philosophy?

If it’s broke, it can be fixed.

7. Tell us something that might surprise us about you:

I once was in one of the top teams in Oceania for World of Warcraft (Video Game) and had the best score for my class in performance.

8. What is online assessment to you?

It's a great solution for learners to study remotely and also to travel lightly and not worry about losing work. Not only the students benefit, though. Through my role I can clearly see that our Online Assessment Solution helps trainers, assessors and administrators. From creating assessments to managing outcomes, everything is streamlined and intuitive.

9. What's your favourite feature in Cloud Assess?

The Cloud Assess Help Centre is one of the best features as it has a lot of information in regards to using our platform. There are articles for almost any question a client might have. All of them are easy to find and understand.

10. What’s the best thing about working for Cloud Assess?

The best thing about Cloud Assess is how positive and friendly my team is. The working environment is just great, we really help each other wherever we can.
